The Exploding Dictionary - Greetings, and welcome to The Exploding Dictionary. The basic idea was to take a set of publicly available dictionaries, index them into a SQL database, and then cross-reference them to near death. :) As a researcher, this should be a very useful resource.

The Population Reference Bureau is the leader in providing timely and objective information on U.S. and international population trends and their implications. PRB informs policymakers, educators, the media, and concerned citizens working in the public interest around the world through a broad range of activities, including publications, information services, seminars and workshops, and technical support. We work with both public-sector and private-sector partners.

The Social Science Data Analysis Network (SSDAN Project) is a university-based organization that creates demographic media, such as user guides, Web sites, hands-on classroom computer materials, that make U.S. census data and surveys accessible to educators, policymakers, and informed citizens. Tide Chart for NJ

Tide Predictions - This system will allow you to calculate tidal predictions for more than 3000 tide stations predicted by CO-OPS. The publication of full daily predictions is necessarily limited to a comparatively small number of stations. These stations are referred to as "reference stations". The remaining stations are referred to as "subordinate stations". Tide predictions at the subordinate stations can be obtained by applying specific differences to the time and height of tides at a specified reference station.
